Raja H. Atallah, Ph.D.

Raja Atallah is the Senior Chemist at GT ENGINEERING. Dr. Atallah holds a combined doctor’s degree in analytical and environmental chemistry from the University of Washington, Seattle, as well as a master’s degree in organic chemistry. He has over 20 years of experience in laboratory method development, research, and testing, using an extensive range of instrumentation. Dr. Atallah has worked at the Environmental Health Laboratory at the University of Washington on many projects dealing with human exposure to organic and inorganic contaminants. He has also provided technical industrial hygiene consulting.

As Senior Chemist, Dr. Atallah will provide expert witness testimony for chemistry litigation, as well as technical support for chemistry and materials science litigation. His project experience includes expert technical support, development and utilization of chemical and instrumental analysis techniques. His specific laboratory experience at GT ENGINEERING includes analysis of polymers and hydrocarbons by a variety of advanced techniques, such as differential scanning calorimetry, high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, infrared spectrometry, and mass spectrometry.
